1. Basic information on data pro\u00adcess\u00ading and legal bases<\/h4>

A<\/strong><\/p>

This pri\u00adva\u00adcy policy pro\u00advides information on the nature, scope and pur\u00adpose of personal data pro\u00adcess\u00ading within our online pres\u00adence and the web\u00adsites, func\u00adtions and con\u00adtent asso\u00adci\u00adat\u00aded with the same (here\u00adinafter referred to col\u00adlec\u00adtive\u00adly as the \u2018online pres\u00adence\u2019 or \u2018web\u00adsite\u2019). The pri\u00adva\u00adcy policy applies regard\u00adless of the domains, sys\u00adtems, plat\u00adforms and devices (e.g. desk\u00adtop com\u00adput\u00ader or mobile device) the online pres\u00adence is oper\u00adat\u00aded on.<\/p>

C<\/strong><\/p>

Users\u2019 personal data processed in the context of this online pres\u00adence includes: gen\u00ader\u00adal data (names, address\u00ades), con\u00adtact details (email address\u00ades, phone num\u00adbers, fax num\u00adbers), usage data (inter\u00adests, web\u00adsites vis\u00adit\u00aded, access times) and meta\/communication data (device IDs, IP address\u00ades)<\/p>

The<\/strong><\/p>

The term \u2018user\u2019 encom\u00adpass\u00ades all cat\u00ade\u00adgories of data sub\u00adjects affect\u00aded by data pro\u00adcess\u00ading. They include: clients, prospec\u00adtive clients, users, web\u00adsite vis\u00adi\u00adtors and recip\u00adi\u00adents of mar\u00adket\u00ading cam\u00adpaigns. The terms used (e.g. \u2018user\u2019) apply to people of all gen\u00adders and none.<\/p>

E<\/strong><\/p>

We process users\u2019 personal data exclu\u00adsive\u00adly in com\u00adpli\u00adance with the rel\u00ade\u00advant data pro\u00adtec\u00adtion reg\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtions. This means users\u2019 data is only processed if we are legal\u00adly per\u00admit\u00adted to do so. This applies, in par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar, if data pro\u00adcess\u00ading is nec\u00ades\u00adsary or legal\u00adly required for the pro\u00advi\u00adsion of our con\u00adtrac\u00adtu\u00adal ser\u00advices (e.g. order pro\u00adcess\u00ading) and our online ser\u00advices, if the user has given their con\u00adsent to this effect and due to our legit\u00adi\u00admate inter\u00adests (i.e. our inter\u00adest in analysing, opti\u00admis\u00ading and eco\u00adnom\u00adi\u00adcal\u00adly oper\u00adat\u00ading and secur\u00ading our online pres\u00adence under Arti\u00adcle 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), which is the case, notably, in the event of reach mea\u00adsure\u00adments, cre\u00adat\u00ading pro\u00adfiles for advertising and mar\u00adket\u00ading pur\u00adpos\u00ades, col\u00adlect\u00ading access cre\u00adden\u00adtials and using third-party ser\u00advices. Where a user is below the age of 16 years, con\u00adsent to data pro\u00adcess\u00ading must be given or autho\u00adrised for the child by the holder of parental respon\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty over the child.<\/p>

We would like to point out that the legal basis for con\u00adsent is Arti\u00adcle 6 (1) (a) and Arti\u00adcle 7 of the GDPR and for con\u00adsent in the case of minors is Arti\u00adcle 8 of the GDPR, the legal basis for pro\u00adcess\u00ading for the per\u00adfor\u00admance of our ser\u00advices and the imple\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion of con\u00adtrac\u00adtu\u00adal activ\u00adi\u00adties is Arti\u00adcle 6 (1) (a) (1) (c) of the GDPR and the legal basis for pro\u00adcess\u00ading to uphold our legit\u00adi\u00admate inter\u00adest is Arti\u00adcle 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR. 2. Users\u2019 rights<\/h4>

Your rights:<\/p>

Under Arti\u00adcle 15 of the GDPR, you have a right of access to the personal data about you that we process. In par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar, you can access information about the pur\u00adpos\u00ades of pro\u00adcess\u00ading, the cat\u00ade\u00adgories of personal data, the cat\u00ade\u00adgories of recip\u00adi\u00adents to whom your data has been or will be dis\u00adclosed, the planned dura\u00adtion of stor\u00adage, the exis\u00adtence of a right to rec\u00adti\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtion, a right to era\u00adsure, a right to restric\u00adtion of pro\u00adcess\u00ading or a right to object, the exis\u00adtence of the right to lodge a com\u00adplaint, the origin of your data, pro\u00advid\u00aded we did not col\u00adlect it, the exis\u00adtence of auto\u00admat\u00aded deci\u00adsion-making, includ\u00ading pro\u00adfil\u00ading, and if applic\u00ada\u00adble, mean\u00ading\u00adful information on these details.<\/p>

Under Arti\u00adcle 16 of the GDPR, you have the right to obtain, with\u00adout undue delay, the rec\u00adti\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtion of inac\u00adcu\u00adrate or incom\u00adplete personal data about you that we store.<\/p>

Under Arti\u00adcle 17 of the GDPR, you have the right to request the era\u00adsure of personal data about you that we store, pro\u00advid\u00aded that pro\u00adcess\u00ading is not required for exer\u00adcis\u00ading the right to free\u00addom of expres\u00adsion and information, for com\u00adpli\u00adance with a legal oblig\u00ada\u00adtion, on grounds of public inter\u00adest or for the estab\u00adlish\u00adment, exer\u00adcise or defence of legal claims.<\/p>

Under Arti\u00adcle 18 of the GDPR, you have the right to request the restric\u00adtion of pro\u00adcess\u00ading of your personal data, pro\u00advid\u00aded you con\u00adtest the accu\u00adra\u00adcy of the data, pro\u00adcess\u00ading is unlaw\u00adful but you oppose the era\u00adsure of the personal data and we no longer need the data for the pur\u00adpos\u00ades of pro\u00adcess\u00ading and you nonethe\u00adless need it for the estab\u00adlish\u00adment, exer\u00adcise or defence of legal claims or you have object\u00aded to pro\u00adcess\u00ading pur\u00adsuant to Arti\u00adcle 21 of the GDPR.<\/p>

Under Under Arti\u00adcle 20 of the GDPR, you have the right to receive your personal data, which you pro\u00advid\u00aded to us, in a struc\u00adtured, com\u00admon\u00adly used and machine-read\u00adable format or to request it be trans\u00admit\u00adted to anoth\u00ader con\u00adtroller.<\/p>

Under Arti\u00adcle 7 (3) of the GPPR, you have the right, at any time, to revoke the con\u00adsent you gave us. This means we will not be per\u00admit\u00adted to con\u00adtin\u00adue with data pro\u00adcess\u00ading based on this con\u00adsent in the future.<\/p>

G<\/strong><\/p>

Under Arti\u00adcle 77 of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a com\u00adplaint with a super\u00advi\u00adso\u00adry author\u00adi\u00adty. In gen\u00ader\u00adal, you may con\u00adtact the super\u00advi\u00adso\u00adry author\u00adi\u00adty in your habit\u00adu\u00adal place of res\u00adi\u00addence or place of work, or our company\u2019s reg\u00adis\u00adtered office.<\/p>

3. Right to object<\/h4>

If your personal data is being processed based on legit\u00adi\u00admate inter\u00adests pur\u00adsuant to the first sen\u00adtence of Arti\u00adcle 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR, you have the right under Arti\u00adcle 21 GDPR to object to the pro\u00adcess\u00ading of your personal data on grounds relat\u00ading to your par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar sit\u00adu\u00ada\u00adtion or to object to pro\u00adcess\u00ading of your personal data for direct mar\u00adket\u00ading pur\u00adpos\u00ades. In the latter case, you have a gen\u00ader\u00adal right to object; we will apply this with\u00adout a spe\u00adcif\u00adic sit\u00adu\u00ada\u00adtion being stated.<\/p>

4. Secu\u00adri\u00adty mea\u00adsures<\/h4>

We take state-of-the-art organ\u00adi\u00adsa\u00adtion\u00adal, con\u00adtrac\u00adtu\u00adal and tech\u00adni\u00adcal secu\u00adri\u00adty mea\u00adsures to ensure that the reg\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtions set out in data pro\u00adtec\u00adtion law are com\u00adplied with and to pro\u00adtect the data we process from acci\u00adden\u00adtal or inten\u00adtion\u00adal manip\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtion, loss, destruc\u00adtion or access by unau\u00adtho\u00adrised indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adals.<\/p>

5. Dis\u00adclo\u00adsure of data to third par\u00adties and third-party providers<\/h4>

A Data is only dis\u00adclosed to third par\u00adties as per\u00admit\u00adted by law. In this case, we only dis\u00adclose users\u2019 data to third par\u00adties if doing so is required for con\u00adtrac\u00adtu\u00adal pur\u00adpos\u00ades based on Arti\u00adcle 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR, for instance, or based on our legit\u00adi\u00admate inter\u00adests in eco\u00adnom\u00adi\u00adcal\u00adly Arti\u00adcle 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR.<\/p>

B<\/strong><\/p>

If we engage sub\u00adcon\u00adtrac\u00adtors to pro\u00advide our ser\u00advices, we take suit\u00adable legal pre\u00adcau\u00adtions and appro\u00adpri\u00adate tech\u00adni\u00adcal and organ\u00adi\u00adsa\u00adtion\u00adal mea\u00adsures to pro\u00adtect personal data in line with the rel\u00ade\u00advant legal require\u00adments.<\/p>

C<\/strong><\/p>

If, in the context of this pri\u00adva\u00adcy policy, con\u00adtent, tools or other resources made avail\u00adable by other providers (here\u00adinafter referred to col\u00adlec\u00adtive\u00adly as \u2018third-party providers\u2019) are used and their reg\u00adis\u00adtered office is locat\u00aded in a third coun\u00adtry, it is to be assumed that data is trans\u00adferred to the coun\u00adtries in which the third-party providers\u2019 reg\u00adis\u00adtered offices are locat\u00aded. Third coun\u00adtries are nations in which the GDPR does not apply direct\u00adly (i.e. coun\u00adtries out\u00adside of the EU and the Euro\u00adpean Eco\u00adnom\u00adic Area, in prin\u00adci\u00adple). Data is trans\u00adferred to third coun\u00adtries either if there is an ade\u00adquate level of data pro\u00adtec\u00adtion, the user has grant\u00aded their con\u00adsent to this effect or there is oth\u00ader\u00adwise legal per\u00admis\u00adsion to do so.<\/p>

6. Pro\u00advi\u00adsion of con\u00adtrac\u00adtu\u00adal ser\u00advices<\/h4>

We process gen\u00ader\u00adal data (e.g. users\u2019 names, address\u00ades and con\u00adtact details) and con\u00adtract data (e.g. ser\u00advices used, names of con\u00adtacts, pay\u00adment information) for the pur\u00adpose of ful\u00adfill\u00ading our con\u00adtrac\u00adtu\u00adal oblig\u00ada\u00adtions and ser\u00advices pur\u00adsuant to Arti\u00adcle 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR.<\/p>

B<\/strong><\/p>

As part of reg\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion and repeat\u00aded login, and the util\u00adi\u00adsa\u00adtion of our online ser\u00advices, we store the IP address and the time of the user\u2019s action in ques\u00adtion. 7. Con\u00adtact<\/h4>

A<\/strong><\/p>

When users con\u00adtact us (using the con\u00adtact form or by email), their details are processed for han\u00addling and pro\u00adcess\u00ading the con\u00adtact request pur\u00adsuant to Arti\u00adcle 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR or based on your vol\u00adun\u00adtary con\u00adsent under Arti\u00adcle 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR. The personal data we col\u00adlect for use of the con\u00adtact form and the personal data you trans\u00adfer by email is erased as soon as it is no longer required for its pur\u00adpose.<\/p>

8. Col\u00adlec\u00adtion of access data and log files<\/h4>

A<\/strong><\/p>

We col\u00adlect data on every instance of access to the server that our ser\u00advices are locat\u00aded on (known as \u2018server log files\u2019); we do so based on our legit\u00adi\u00admate inter\u00adests under Arti\u00adcle 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR. This access data includes the name of the web\u00adsite accessed, the file, the date and time of access, the quan\u00adti\u00adty of data trans\u00adferred, noti\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtion of successful access, the brows\u00ader type and ver\u00adsion, the user\u2019s oper\u00adat\u00ading system, the refer\u00adrer URL (the page vis\u00adit\u00aded pre\u00advi\u00adous\u00adly), the IP address and the provider making the request.<\/p>

B<\/strong><\/p>

Log file information is stored on secu\u00adri\u00adty grounds (e.g. to clar\u00adi\u00adfy abu\u00adsive or fraud\u00adu\u00adlent actions) for a max\u00adi\u00admum of 14 days, after which it is erased. Data that needs to be retained for a longer period of time for evi\u00addence pur\u00adpos\u00ades is exclud\u00aded from such era\u00adsure until the case in ques\u00adtion has been defin\u00adi\u00adtive\u00adly clar\u00adi\u00adfied.<\/p>

<\/p><\/div><\/div>

9. Cook\u00adies and reach mea\u00adsure\u00adment<\/h4>

A<\/strong><\/p>

Cook\u00adies are pieces of information that are trans\u00adferred from our web server or third-party web servers to users\u2019 web browsers, where they are stored and can be sub\u00adse\u00adquent\u00adly accessed. Cook\u00adies may be small files or other forms of information stor\u00adage.<\/p>

B<\/strong><\/p>

We use what are known as \u2018ses\u00adsion cook\u00adies\u2019, which are only stored for the dura\u00adtion of your cur\u00adrent visit to our online pres\u00adence (e.g. to save your login status or the shop\u00adping basket fea\u00adture, which thus enable our online pres\u00adence to be used in the first place). ses\u00adsion cookie stores a ran\u00addom\u00adly gen\u00ader\u00adat\u00aded, unique iden\u00adti\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtion number, known as a \u2018ses\u00adsion ID\u2019. A cookie also con\u00adtains information about its origin and the stor\u00adage period. These cook\u00adies cannot store any other information. Ses\u00adsion cook\u00adies are delet\u00aded when you have fin\u00adished using our online pres\u00adence and either log out or close the brows\u00ader.<\/p>

This pri\u00adva\u00adcy policy pro\u00advides users with information on the use of cook\u00adies during pseu\u00addo\u00adnymised reach mea\u00adsure\u00adment.<\/p>

The<\/strong><\/p>

If users object to the stor\u00adage of cook\u00adies on their com\u00adput\u00ader, they are request\u00aded to dis\u00adable the rel\u00ade\u00advant option in their browser\u2019s system set\u00adtings. Stored cook\u00adies can be erased using the browser\u2019s system set\u00adtings. Exclud\u00ading cook\u00adies can limit the func\u00adtion\u00adal\u00adi\u00adty of this online pres\u00adence.<\/p>

E<\/strong><\/p>

You can object to the use of cook\u00adies to mea\u00adsure reach and for advertising pur\u00adpos\u00ades using the NAI opt-out page (http:\/\/optout.networkadvertising.org\/). You can also do this using the US web\u00adsite (http:\/\/www.aboutads.info\/choices) or the Euro\u00adpean web\u00adsite (http:\/\/www.youronlinechoices.com\/uk\/your-ad-choices\/).<\/p>

10. Google Ana\u00adlyt\u00adics<\/h4>

We use Google Ana\u00adlyt\u00adics, a web ana\u00adlyt\u00adics ser\u00advice pro\u00advid\u00aded by Google, Inc. (\u2018Google\u2019), based on our legit\u00adi\u00admate inter\u00adests (i.e. our inter\u00adest in analysing, opti\u00admis\u00ading and eco\u00adnom\u00adi\u00adcal\u00adly oper\u00adat\u00ading our online pres\u00adence under Arti\u00adcle 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR). Google uses cook\u00adies. The information that the cookie gen\u00ader\u00adates on how users use the online pres\u00adence is gen\u00ader\u00adal\u00adly trans\u00adferred to and stored on a Google server in the USA.<\/p>

B<\/strong><\/p>

B Google is cer\u00adti\u00adfied under the EU-US Pri\u00adva\u00adcy Shield and there\u00adfore guar\u00adan\u00adtees it will comply with Euro\u00adpean data pro\u00adtec\u00adtion law (https:\/\/www.privacyshield.gov\/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active).<\/p>

C<\/strong><\/p>

Google will use this information on our behalf to eval\u00adu\u00adate how users use our online pres\u00adence, to com\u00adpile reports on activ\u00adi\u00adties within this online pres\u00adence and to pro\u00advide us with fur\u00adther ser\u00advices asso\u00adci\u00adat\u00aded with the use of this online pres\u00adence and the inter\u00adnet. Pseu\u00addo\u00adnymised user pro\u00adfiles may be cre\u00adat\u00aded from the data processed for this pur\u00adpose.<\/p>

The<\/strong><\/p>

D We only use Google Ana\u00adlyt\u00adics with IP anonymi\u00adsa\u00adtion acti\u00advat\u00aded. This means that Google trun\u00adcates users\u2019 IP address\u00ades within Member States of the Euro\u00adpean Union or in other states that are party to the Agree\u00adment on the Euro\u00adpean Eco\u00adnom\u00adic Area. Only in excep\u00adtion\u00adal cases will the full IP address be trans\u00adferred to and trun\u00adcat\u00aded on a Google server in the USA.<\/p>

E<\/strong><\/p>
