At IDEENHAUS we have a very impor\u00adtant belief: design must trans\u00adlate the com\u00adpa\u00adny\u2019s strat\u00ade\u00adgy and be put togeth\u00ader in a way that is appro\u00adpri\u00adate for con\u00adsumers or <\/span>u<\/span>s<\/span>e<\/span>rs.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

For me, this also makes design a tool for successful brand management<\/span> \u2013 not just a tool for its<\/span> own sake.<\/span> There\u00adfore, for every task we are assigned, we uti\u00adlize the strat\u00ade\u00adgy and align it with the cur\u00adrent state of the brand. Where does the brand stand in rela\u00adtion to the strat\u00ade\u00adgy, and where are the gaps that need to be addressed? <\/span>either need to be replen\u00adished, changed, <\/span>rethought, or <\/span>r<\/span>e<\/span>d<\/span>u<\/span>ced.<\/span> <\/p>

We base our strat\u00ade\u00adgy on the status quo and derive rec\u00adom\u00admen\u00adda\u00adtions<\/span> for action from this, which then always form an excel\u00adlent basis<\/span> for intel\u00adli\u00adgent brand devel\u00adop\u00adment.<\/span><\/p>
