Corporate design and communication for Switzerland’s leading digital hub
The challenge
Explore the future of marketplaces
SMG Swiss Marketplace Group is a pioneering joint venture between leading Swiss digital and marketplace companies, with strong brands such as AutoScout24, ImmoScout24, tutti, and homegate.ch. Its goal is to become Switzerland’s leading digital hub and actively shape the future of digital commerce.
IDEENHAUS had the honor of accompanying the brand from the very beginning (hour zero). Within just two months, we worked with BrandTrust to develop a clear strategic basis and translated this into a distinctive brand identity. The result is a timelessly modern presentation of Swissness and digitality that visually and substantively underscores smg’s claim to market leadership.
The solution
To Switzerland’s largest digital marketplace
When leading Swiss digital companies join forces to create Switzerland’s largest digital marketplace, IDEENHAUS is the right partner. Translating a brand strategy into a distinctive brand style – including naming, logo development, and corporate design – requires experience and expertise. With over 30 years of expertise in brand management, we have mastered this craft inside out.
Working together with a strong customer team, we delivered in record time: within just six weeks, we had the name, logo, animations, texts, imagery, company presentation, and website ready—including legal coordination for trademark registration. The result: a strong brand presence that combines strategic clarity with creative energy.

The impact
Brand Touchpoints & GoLive
On November 12, 2021, SMG Swiss Marketplace Group celebrated its successful brand launch. Numerous brand touchpoints were implemented prior to the GoLive so that employees could start using new templates, master files, and corporate design elements on day one.
Everything was also prepared digitally: the swissmarketplace.group landing page and the official social media channels went live on schedule at 6:30 a.m. on the appointed day. This ensured that the new brand identity was consistently visible from the outset and sent a strong signal about the company’s claim to be Switzerland’s leading digital marketplace.
