At IDEENHAUS we have a very impor­tant belief: design must trans­late the com­pa­ny’s strat­e­gy and be put togeth­er in a way that is appro­pri­ate for con­sumers or users.

For me, this also makes design a tool for successful brand managementnot just a tool for its own sake. There­fore, for every task we are assigned, we uti­lize the strat­e­gy and align it with the cur­rent state of the brand. Where does the brand stand in rela­tion to the strat­e­gy, and where are the gaps that need to be addressed? either need to be replen­ished, changed, rethought, or reduced.

We base our strat­e­gy on the status quo and derive rec­om­men­da­tions for action from this, which then always form an excel­lent basis for intel­li­gent brand devel­op­ment.
